Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 3 years of experience in a risk management, compliance or regulatory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and processes.
- Experience with internal and external audits, including preparation and participation.
- Experience with current payments regulations, such as Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), Anti-money laundering (AML).
- Experience with Consumer and Partner products or the technology industry.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop a understanding of the compliance requirements for products within our scope.
- Take the initiative to identify and manage risks associated with these requirements.
- Design and implement training programs, processes, controls, and structures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance challenges and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry.
