About the role

As Team Administrator you’ll support the Head of Customer Management and their team by providing a comprehensive admin support service. This may include the coordination of technical reports, project reporting, managing part of the projects SharePoint and website resources as well as providing the essential service in managing diaries for senior managers including travel arrangements, room bookings and general logistics.
You will also be required to organise external events and set up purchase orders and build relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers. This role is based at our Warwick office for 2 days per week, with the opportunity to combine with home working in line with our hybrid working policy.
About you
We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, with experience of liaising with senior managers and stakeholders. A flexible approach and previous experience of diary management, event and travel coordination are key as is the ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality in support of the Head of Customer Management.
Effective communication skills and document management skills are essential, coupled with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation. In addition, you will have a good standard of education (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent) and be proficient in the suite of desktop packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Sharepoint.
