Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in making presentations to C-level/executive audiences.
- Experience in, and successful record of, business development and sales leadership.
- Experience analyzing data and creating data driven strategies.
- Understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for growth, and commitment to advancing Google's strategies within the marketplace.
- Ability to lead executive conversations related to privacy, regulatory changes, and Google’s advertising and measurement solutions.

Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) is a Global Business Organization (GBO) organization helping global customer leaders in some of the most complex global marketing powerhouses make the most of Google’s creative, media, measurement, data and tech toolkit to advance their businesses.
This team is looking for a strong Regional Account Executive to lead the Ads Partnership for our clients across EMEA. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape, own, and execute strategic initiatives within our global Joint Business Plan with focus on Media Excellence and Growth. You will also lead the C-level relationships across the clients and their agency partners. You'll closely partner with our regional and LCS teams to drive seamless scale of our global programs and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
