As the Planning and Performance Manager, you will play a key role in driving tactical planning initiatives, improving performance, and streamlining processes to support major infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for Operational 0 - 1 year and Tactical year ahead plans, securing and managing access to the electricity transmission network while optimising resources (Engineering teams) for new customer connections, maintenance work, and critical engineering operations.
In this role, you will lead a talented team of planning engineers, fostering a culture of openness, collaboration, and high performance through coaching and mentorship. Your exposure across the business will be vast, giving you the chance to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, raise your profile, and further develop your expertise. You will be supported by a team of experienced professionals who are committed to working together to achieve success.
You’ll ideally be based in the Midlands, however you will cover site’s across to East Anglia and Essex. Hybrid working, you can expect to spend approximately three days a week on-site or in the office, ensuring a balance of hands-on leadership and remote collaboration.
