We’re looking for 3 skilled and confident Quantity Surveyor's to join our team delivering some of the UK’s most vital electricity transmission projects. Flexible on location, Manchester – Warwick – Bristol - Reading with a hybrid working model that includes a mix of home, office, and site work.
You’ll take commercial control of high-voltage substation projects—ranging from switchgear replacements and transformer installations to advanced control systems and civil works, with values up to £6 million. These projects demand expert oversight, sharp commercial thinking, and clear, effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
Your expertise will be key in managing NEC contracts, resolving variations, assessing programme impacts, certifying payments, and negotiating outcomes that balance fairness and value.
