• A starting salary of £39,000 pa plus expenses.
• Additional payments over the duration of the programme, aligned to the achievement of programme milestones and appropriate performance towards/successful completion of the programme to the value of £4,500.
• Current salary on successful completion of the programme up to £51,664.
• Company car (mandatory for the role due to the amount of travel incurred, no cash alternative option).
• Pension contribution scheme of up to 6% of your salary, National Grid up to 12% - totalling 18%.

Our Selection Process is as follows:
Candidates who pass the initial sifting will be asked to complete an online assessment – w/c 07/07/2025.
We will be holding F2F assessment centres / interviews - w/c 21/07/2025 & w/c 28/07/2025 at
Nottingham and /or Warwick/Stratford Upon Avon.
