Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs impacting teams across multiple regions.
- Experience with multidisciplinary program management in a dynamic organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in vendor management and vendor performance management.
- Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
- Ability to analyze business objectives and strategies by identifying impactful opportunities or gaps in systems and workflows.
- Ability to identify, build, improve, or optimize relevant business processes.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information, with excellent judgment, discretion and diplomacy.

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) is GSRS 24/7 ecosystem for intake, triage, management and escalation of physical security incidents and threats.
From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex and highly cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to optimize and scale our ability to detect, assess, and mitigate risk while ensuring alignment with broader security efforts.
- Drive operational excellence across all programs through standardized monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Manage the process of setting and tracking objectives and key results for teams needed to meet GSOC Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Own the day-to-day relationship with internal cross-functional partners, act as a trusted advisor to manage competing interests.
- Leverage expertise and experience translating global corporate security policies and strategies into regional execution plans.
