Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in delivery of infrastructure, software, and services projects.
- Experience with operational concepts (e.g., availability, SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge in Cloud networking and infrastructure systems.
- Excellent data analysis skills for insights and decision influence.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Navigate ambiguity to define requirements, align teams, and deliver programs from concept to closure.
- Manage dependencies and risks, implementing mitigation plans.
- Drive strategic planning and execution (e.g., roadmaps, projects, OKRs).
- Coordinate projects across Networking, SRE partners, and development teams.
- Apply knowledge in Networking technologies (e.g., Load-balancing, DNS, MPLS, BGP).
