About us
Our scale, mutual model, trusted reputation, and the calibre of our people mean that we are uniquely positioned to challenge the industry and make a meaningful difference to the lives of customers, communities, and broader society.
To achieve this calls for courage. We are brave in speaking out and saying what we think. Honest and direct with good intent. We openly share our diverse perspectives to reach the best conclusions. We say it straight.
We don’t settle for mediocrity. Challenging the status quo, we take responsibility for continuous improvement and our own personal development, demanding high performance in ourselves and of each other. We push for better.
We are decisive, prioritising what will have the greatest impact. Taking accountability for delivering brilliant customer outcomes. We get it done.
At Nationwide, you are challenged to grow and rewarded for doing so. Valued. Recognised. Inspired to be your best. And supported. Whether we are taking action to build inclusion, or backing you in the moments that matter most, we are here for one another.
As a community we want our working lives to count. As a team, we celebrate what we achieve. As a standard-setter, we work for the good of customers, communities, and broader society.
We are Purpose-driven. Uncompromisingly Customer. Unstoppably Nationwide.
