Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Strategy and Operations roles within a Music company, or experience consulting with a Music company.
- Experience in design or launch of AI product (i.e., generative, creative or detection based technology).
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to structure a storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.

Responsibilities
- Own the product go-to-market strategy in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for key areas such as Music, Creator Monetization, Emerging AI Experiences, Gaming, Shopping, etc.
- Work seamlessly with our Global Go-To-Market Product Activation team and the EMEA YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross-functional projects working with a broad stakeholder set.
- Synthesize and prioritize product feedback from the region build business case recommendations on product roadmap to global.
- Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross-functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.
