Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
- Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with building financial reporting, producing analysis, implementing scalable monitoring and implementing reporting solutions.
- Experience in developing strategies in fast-paced engaging environments, impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.

Responsibilities
- Drive a sustainable EMEA marketing function by enabling sound financial decision-making.
- Execute complex analytics to deliver business results. Ensure sound quarterly forecasts and minimal FvA variances.
- Build and scale new analytical capabilities from dashboards to AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with Marketing, aligning with the champion-challenger framework. Manage multi-million dollar product area budgets, advising on resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Drive a culture of performance via sound KPIs, and ambitious yet achievable goals.
