Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience managing creative technology programs internationally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of advanced technical and cultural domains.
- Ability to bridge the gap between cultural sector and emerging technologies with a track record of such programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate in French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time domestically and internationally.

As a Program Manager at Google Arts and Culture, you will be responsible with managing and optimizing complex and technically challenging projects with cultural institutional partners while delivering impact aligned with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and business priorities through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Organize activities and proactively identify process improvements using agile methodologies to guide results.
- Define cross-functional challenges, manage stakeholder expectations, and guide alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Use stand-alone judgment to navigate changing circumstances and escalate obstacles to leadership in a timely manner.
- Leverage AI and internal tools to optimize project portfolios while maintaining professional documentation and milestone tracking.
- Monitor progress and communicate results by applying standard organizational processes and technologies.
