You will ensure that every event you are part of is well-produced and delivers an ‘only Google can do’ moment for this hard-to-reach audience.
You will be highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent executive presence to drive the delivery of high-profile events in a changing environment.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the EMEA executive engagement plan, including supporting in-person events and experiences, travel involved, including on-site staffing.
- Develop priority engagement lists, including undertaking research to create full and informed profiles of each contact, understanding closely where this audience goes and keeping up-to-date on job moves, and maintaining the quality of these lists in perpetuity (via customer relationship management (CRMs).
- Liaise with global and regional sales leads, and policy and communications teams, to curate invitation lists and ensure quality attendance and manage third-party partnerships and sponsorships agreements.
- Partner with the delegate management team on invitation strategy, pre- and post-event comms, guest experience, insights, and measurement.
- Work closely with event production, editorial content, legal, compliance, and budget teams to ensure flawless event execution.
