- 5 years of experience in program or project management.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Business and Operations (GBO) Engineering leads (e.g., Product Manager (PM), Engineer, UX) to set strategy and goals for the team, track progress and provide data-driven recommendations on progress.
- Work with PM leads to collect and synthesize Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in the different product areas.
- Review the operations of the team, identify and execute on opportunities for collaboration and improvement.
- Manage planning and operations for the team. Design and optimize processes for headcount and budget allocation on products and ensure we execute well on these plans.
- Manage budgeting, opex, and set up appropriate governance processes. Manage communications and reporting within the team and cross-functionally with stakeholders and partners. Develop and run team all hands content, and off-sites.
