Role SummaryA leadership role driving enterprise-wide
crypto-agility and AI security strategy. You will lead complex transformations, influence C‑suite stakeholders, and shape secure-by-design adoption across global enterprises. You own the intersection of
post-quantum security, AI risk, and data protection-defining how clients modernize their digital trust foundations.

- Protecting cryptographic assets from AI‑enabled attacks - AI can accelerate key‑recovery, side‑channel analysis, vulnerability discovery, and credential harvesting, requiring stronger crypto, continuous monitoring, and algorithm‑agile designs.
- Securing AI models and data with cryptography - encryption, key management, tokenization, and PQC ensure training data, model weights, embeddings, and inference pipelines remain tamper‑proof and confidential.
- Preparing for quantum‑safe AI ecosystems - AI systems depend on cryptographic trust (PKI, APIs, identity, signing); crypto‑agility and PQC ensure secure model distribution, integrity verification, and supply‑chain protection in the post‑quantum era.
- Leadership & Delivery
- Lead C‑suite discovery to define crypto-agility strategy transformation roadmaps.
- Translate business risk appetite into governance, control objectives, KPIs, and an executable target operating model.
- Define enterprise architectures spanning:
- Crypto modernisation: PQC algorithms, hybrid modes, KEM/TLS adoption, key rotation, HSM/KMS strategy
- Own the Quantum Readiness Blueprint: algorithm agility, key lifecycle modernization, PQC migration waves, vendor alignment, and QuSecure integration patterns.
- Lead crypto inventory and dependency mapping (certificates, protocols, apps, libraries).
- Define crypto-agility policies and uplift requirements.
- Build client playbooks for PQC migration, QuSecure orchestration, and crypto policy governance.
- Own multi-workstream programs; provide senior stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor Levels 9-11; oversee quality assurance and architectural direction.
- Create reusable assets: crypto-agility templates, AI governance accelerators.
Required Skills:- 8+ years in security consulting, data security, cryptography, or cloud security architecture.
- Deep expertise in crypto systems, PQC landscape, TLS/KEM hybrid approaches, HSM/KMS, and QuSecure or equivalent platforms.
- Strong experience with AI security, MLOps/LLMOps, and secure AI lifecycle design.
- Ability to lead executive workshops and produce strategic roadmaps.
