About the job:Generative and agentic AI presents a huge opportunity for our clients to reinvent their processes and functions from sales and service to finance and supply chain.
This is a high growth area for the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG), triggered by Microsoft’s significant investments in Copilot and Agent technologies, which are at the heart of the Dynamics 365 applications and the Power Platform.
As a result, we have created a new AI Business Solutions (ABS) Associate Director role to help our clients to design and deliver large transformation programmes which are predominantly based on Microsoft ecosystem technologies.

QualificationAs a AI Business Solutions Associate Director, you will:The AI Business Solutions Associate Director will lead the design and delivery of complex solutions on large transformational programmes with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform at their core.
- +10 years of experience working with enterprise clients in senior delivery roles such as technology architect, solution architect, or enterprise solution architect with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Leads the development of complex solutions that span across functions and technologies on large transformational opportunities.
- Provides oversight or directly leads complex delivery phases for enterprise clients
- Prepares and represents the E2E solution at internal reviews and client presentations
- Design solutions to leverage pricing and commercial models that maximize client and
- Oversee due diligence and contracting to validate solution assumptions, including shaping a competitive solution that meets the price to win and client expectations
- Experience leading client envisioning, art of the possible, and solution assessment workshops to define high level architecture and technology roadmaps. Lead teams to develop prototypes to bring our client’s future vision to life.
- Collaboration: draw in SMEs across the Accenture Microsoft Business Group and Avanade with expertise in key areas including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Data & AI and Security.
- • Orchestrate our offshore solution architects and delivery centres to shape winning solutions.
- Partner with our customer strategy & consulting teams to drive and shape innovative transformation roadmaps that deliver value for our clients.
- Thought leadership: as a knowledgeable member of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 community, you work with the Microsoft product group, global blackbelts, and tech specialists to bring latest innovations to our team and clients:
We are looking for experience in the following skills:- Able to own Microsoft-based solutions end to end across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integration to 3rd party and client platforms
- Experienced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solutions Architect
- Expert in Dynamics 365 Sales and Service applications at a minimum
- First hand experience using the Power Platform to develop AI-first solutions
- Experience working with key ISVs across Dynamics 365 categories
- Able to develop technology roadmaps for clients aligned to business value
- Senior stakeholder management including C-level client contacts and Accenture leaders
- Successful enterprise program delivery
