Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing
fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and third-party partnerships.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, specifically within the public sector or government vertical.
- Experience in account based marketing (ABM) and executing marketing strategies for enterprise-level accounts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience marketing technical solutions (cloud, AI, data, security) to Chief Experience Officer (CxO) and IT decision-makers.
- Knowledge of aligning marketing strategies with business objectives to drive pipeline and business growth.
- Understanding of the UK public sector landscape, including central government departments, procurement frameworks, and digital transformation agendas.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leadership, policy, and product teams.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
- Execute a UK Public Sector marketing strategy to drive AI perception and demand among CxOs, IT decision makers, and developers.
- Lead high-touch account-based marketing (ABM) for priority government departments with bespoke narratives focused on digital transformation.
- Partner with business and government affairs (GAPP) to align on business priorities, pipeline targets, and lead conversion.
- Orchestrate proprietary events and sponsorships to advocate core themes like AI, security, and digital sovereignty.
- Oversee agency delivery and budget while supporting wider UKI & SSA initiatives, including the London summit.
