As a Project Manager in the Business Integration team, you'll be responsible for a team of mixed-discipline professionals. The team are delivering enterprise initiatives and strategically aligned outcomes spanning across multiple products, for maximum return on investment, to time, budget and scope. You will manage the discovery, development, execution and delivery of technology solutions in order to deliver business case value, defining the most appropriate method for delivering change through estimation, planning and delivery.

What you'll be doingAn integral role as a Project Manager is to pro-actively identify and escalate risks/blockers within an initiative, and to resolve them to the best of your ability. You'll be using your skills to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement, as well as assisting with post-completion reviews to establish areas for development.

On a day-to-day basis you'll be leading diverse teams, working to ensure that workforce resource is allocated to the right place at the right time. This role is a natural point of escalation and as a successful candidate you will influence a collaborative team culture of accountable freedom and development, working towards outcomes focused on change.
For the role of Project Manager, we are looking for a demonstrated track record of running governance and projects in financial services, including demonstrable knowledge of delivering technology change within financial services and/or experience of delivering change across middleware technologies.
About you - A proven background in project management; defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience in delivery of large-scale technology transformation programmes in financial services with a deep knowledge of different change methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Experience in managing technology projects together with upskilling other members of the delivery team.
- Experience in technology integration and migration so that you can challenge solution decisions based on time pressures.
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of strategic programmes.
- Worked with multiple vendors & suppliers to deliver key milestones and experience working with an offshore delivery model.
- Able to develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource plans, risk management plans, and communication plans.
- Experience in establishing project baselines, tracking progress and performance measurement metrics and insights.
- Experience coordinating and leading cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
