Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in managing business operations, and leading processes with limited guidance.
- Experience in executive communications, and managing engagements across different levels of the business.
- Experience with structuring analysis using spreadsheets.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope.
- Ability to provide insights from complex data and present actionable recommendations.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

gTech’ s Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team enables Alphabet to effectively and efficiently scale Google's outsourced operations while managing risk. In this role, you will enable Google's partners to make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations to deliver the best possible outcomes for their business needs. Google's partnership with teams aims to provide an excellent user experience and minimize administrative burden throughout the process. You will assist with planning and strategy, and provide tools to support Alphabet in managing their Extended Workforce (xWF) infrastructure. You will maintain a balance between optimising and engagements, and make sure all policies and guidelines pertaining to contingent work are followed.
The xWS Business Strategy and Operations team partners with the xWS Global Vice President (VP) and leadership team to support seamless and smooth business operations and organisational management, and strategise the future of xWF management for Alphabet. You will work with stakeholders to determine and execute on the highest priorities including overall strategy, engagement with internal and external partners and cross functional teams, commercial priorities and Alphabet- wide programs.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Lead both strategic initiatives and business operations for Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS).
- Identify and structure business problems and effectively communicate core issues.
- Gather data and conduct analysis supporting in-going hypotheses and generate actionable insights.
- Successfully engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners, obtain buy in for potential solutions, adapt messaging and suggested recommendations based on feedback.
- Communicate, engage and collaborate with partners across Google, ranging from the Global Vice President (VP) and their leadership team, cross-functional partners (HR, Finance, Staffing, Communications), and team members
