Senior Analyst in our Information Assurance & Secure by Design team, you’ll play a key role in supporting UK Government, Defence and Government Supply Chain clients to design and deliver secure services that protect critical data, operations and national interests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about cyber security, risk and assurance, and wants to develop their skills while working on meaningful, high impact programmes.
In our team you will:- Support Secure by Design activities across digital and technology projects, ensuring security is considered throughout the system lifecycle.
- Assisting with information assurance and cyber risk assessments, identifying risks and helping teams understand how to manage them.
- Contributing to the creation of security and assurance artefacts, such as risk assessments, security management plans and evidence packs.
- Engage and collaborate with clients to understand their Security challenges and identify how to drive their Security strategy and impact across various industries and sectors.
- Support consulting teams in the delivery of client engagements across workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with our clients to ensure requirements, outcomes and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Work on high impact, purpose driven programmes that really make a difference.
- Have a clear learning and development pathway, including formal training and professional certifications.

QualificationThe following skills and experience are essential for this role:We’re looking for people who are curious, motivated and eager to learn. You don’t need to be a security expert already - we’ll help you build that expertise.
- A strong interest in cyber security, information assurance or technology risk
- Good analytical skills and the ability to understand complex problems
- Communication and engagement skills with clear verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering and presenting deliverables.
- Project Delivery capabilities with the ability to work well in a team and manage your time across multiple tasks.
- A flexible approach, with willingness to travel to client sites when required
Desirable experience for this role:- Familiarity with recognised security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, UK Government security frameworks)
- Awareness of assurance and compliance requirements within highly regulated environments.
- Progress towards, or holding, relevant security certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM or equivalent)
Set yourself apart:- Awareness of Information Assurance/ Secure by Design Frameworks or secure system development principles
- Experience gained through study, placements, internships or early career roles related to IT, security or risk.
