The Human and Organisational Performance Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the safety performance, and well-being of our workforce, while promoting a positive organizational culture.
The role holder will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance safety practices and protocols across the organisation, and those within our supply chain. This includes developing comprehensive behavioural safety programs and promoting the principles of HOP methodology. By fostering a safety-conscious culture and promoting proactive safety behaviours, they will contribute to the well-being and protection of our workforce. With a focus on safety they will help create a work environment where employees feel secure, valued, and motivated to perform at their best.
In addition to performance and well-being, the HOP Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting a positive organisational safety culture. By developing and implementing strategies that align with our values and behaviours, they will foster an environment of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement, contributing to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ultimately driving our organisation's success.
