Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of administrative experience in a high-technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage busy calendars, book travel, create expense reports, organize events, and schedule facilities and equipment).
- Manage high-volume calendars for leadership, prioritising time based on shifting business and customer needs, and maximising productivity.
- Plan extensive domestic and international travel itineraries in line with preferences, ensuring seamless transitions between multiple offices and locations.
- Plan, manage and execute business critical meetings (digital and in person), including executive staff meetings, town halls, leadership forums, etc; leading content development and conducting corresponding follow-ups on action items.
- Serve as a primary point-of-contact and liaison between job functions and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across the organisation.
