Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Extensive experience supporting a world-renowned Founder, CEO, or equivalent principal within a complex, high-intensity, global matrix organization.
- Experience in support roles with the demonstrated flexibility to align with a principal's schedule, including evening and weekend coverage, beyond 9 to 5.
- Experience acting as a multiplier with a demonstrated ability to identify operational patterns and anticipate executive needs.
- Ability to seamlessly toggle between executing high-level
initiatives and managing granular administrative tasks with high precision.
- Ability to work in lockstep with a wider administrative team and Private Office to integrate professional commitments with personal logistics.

In this role, you will support the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DeepMind. You will act as a partner, leveraging judgment, attention to detail, and the resilience to grow in a changing environment. Supporting a leader in this position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis. You won’t be working alone, however. You will be part of a collaborative team that ensures the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a coordinated effort.

Responsibilities
- Manage a complex, high-volume calendar and intricate international travel, shielding the CEO’s focus and coordinating seamlessly across global time zones. Note: this role includes international travel.
- Act as an ambassador, cultivating trusted relationships with a global network including Heads of State and top executives using flawless communication.
- Serve as a critical extension of the CEO, expertly prioritising emails, delegating actions, preparing briefings, and exercising autonomous judgment to balance calculated risk with momentum to ensure the CEO is prepared for every interaction.
- Drive high-stakes projects from conception to completion, seamlessly integrating the CEO's business and private spheres into a single, cohesive, and uninterrupted ecosystem.
- Design, build and refine scalable administrative infrastructure and workflows to eliminate friction and elevate the performance of the support team.
