- 5 years of experience in executive support, outreach, or communications.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working directly with executive leaders to drive objectives.

- Experience creating external narratives and writing speeches.

As a Program Manager on the Google Arts and Culture team, you will drive external momentum and foster relationships within the cultural and technology sectors. You will act as a strategic partner to the vice president and senior leads, ensuring that executive interactions are impactful, seamless, and aligned with long-term communication goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of external engagement strategies for GAC leadership with partners, cultural leaders, and public policy executives.
- Shape and prepare high-quality briefings and coordinate logistics for GAC leadership for external engagements and strategic trips; drive the development of narratives and other external communications for strategic GAC initiatives, including drafting speeches and high-stakes executive messaging.
- Liaison with internal teams and external partners to review and triage engagement requests, ensuring they align with strategic priorities.
- Manage partnerships, program lifecycles, establish and track program metrics, and identify opportunities to improve tools and processes for team efficiency.
- Identify and act upon strategic opportunities to position GAC leadership as thought leaders in the intersection of AI and culture.
