Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading end-to-end enterprise-level projects and programs at a cloud services provider or digital native organization.
- Experience with a management consulting firm, investment bank or in a corporate strategy, business operations or business planning function at a large firm.
- Experience launching or scaling GTM organizations, with experience establishing rhythm of the business and working across functions (e.g., HR, Communications, Finance).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders in a boardroom environment and manage without authority.

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role working across teams, providing strategic and tactical support to leadership and own the creation and execution of strategic programs. You will manage the day-to-day coordination of engagements for executive VPs, customers, and lead a variety of strategic programs. You will foster collaboration and best practices globally.
