Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions and video advertising (e.g., AI-powered performance solutions and Video, and CTV).
- Understanding of performer landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to promote creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence and collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for both the customer and Google.
- Excellent tactical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

As an Industry Manager, you will lead a portfolio of sophisticated and significant customers in a 'lead gen' sector (such as finance, insurance and aggregators, automotive, or services). Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success. Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions, helping clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work to drive growth across a wide range of marketing objectives.
- Own the customer's growth trajectory by identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and success to expand the partnership.
