Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose.
- Leadership experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
- Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and managing results in complex, agile environments.
- Experience of working in or with the influencer marketing landscape.
- Understanding of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising, and the engaged media landscape, with a focus on managing commercial results for agencies and partners.

As Agency and Partner Industry Head, you will lead a talented team of specialists, fostering a culture of success and managing growth for influencer marketing agencies and their clients.
You will accelerate customer growth by shaping partnerships with your agency and partners to deliver sustainable solutions built on Google's cutting-edge AI technology across Media, Data and Technology. You will have a strong understanding of Google's Partner Programs, their application across our media and technology offerings and the influencer marketing landscape is essential. You will develop and execute impactful commercial strategies, and collaborate with C-level executives to cultivate strategic partnerships and maximize Google's impact to drive growth for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of specialist agency and partner managers across both core Google ad solutions (Search+ and YouTube+), influencer marketing and data and tech specialisms, set and communicate team priorities, and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values.
- Develop and own a specific agency pod level strategy and business plan focused on agencies and influencer marketing agency partners, with ambitious growth, strong partnerships, and short- and long-term business strategies.
- Change agency mindsets and behaviour, building a partnership that accelerates customer growth to meet UKI growth goals.
- Manage relationships with C-level executives at agencies and partner stakeholders by developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
- Structure a joint strategy between Google and agencies and partners, and lead a cross-functional team to collaborate on projects and drive partner success.
