- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience working within mission critical greenfield construction projects.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering and construction.
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.

- Support the development of detailed, localized designs, leveraged from the programmatic design "Plan of Record."
- Lead growth plans with direct involvement in recruiting talent, research and implement new construction means, carrying design concepts into mass production and integrate into facilities.
- Oversee a site-wide data center construction and delivery organization as a single point of accountability and oversight for major new construction projects and capital improvement projects.
- Direct a team of project managers and engineers, driving the identification, selection, and onboarding of new regional contractors and vendors, build a culture of collaboration, teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Drive procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout, and meet safety, cost, schedule, and quality goals and established customer requirements.
