Senior Consultant, Supply Chain and Operations - Procurement At EY, our Procurement Transformation consulting team works with some of the world’s top organisations to help them build highperforming procurementcapabilities.We are looking for experienced procurementprofessionalsto join our growing team and support our clients to navigate the unprecedented global uncertainty, volatility and risk within supply chains.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of differentclientprojects, working across industry sectorsand the full procurement lifecycle, including:
- Delivering high-value complex strategic sourcing projects, supporting clients toidentify and onboard suppliers todeliver some of their largest and most critical projects.
- Engaging with business stakeholders and suppliers to shape category strategies that best meet the organisations needs and takes advantage ofmarket and industrybest practice.
- Conductingassessments on3 rd partyspend using analytics tools, identifying opportunitiesto reduce cost. Working with clients toimplementprojectsandimprove ways of working so that they are better able to manage spend.
- Supporting clients to navigate supplier performance issuesthat are impacting on business outcomes, working with them toimplement leading practice contract and supplier managementcapabilities.
- Working withclients to review the currentprocurementoperating modelandidentifyand implementing improvements.
- Providing formal and informal procurement training to client teams so they have the technical and soft skills to deliver the best procurement outcomes.
- Supporting clients to implement leading procurement technology practices, including Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
You will workin cross-functional teams across our Consulting, People and Technology practices.The projects youdeliver will buildyour leadershipand yourtechnical commercial &procurement capabilities. You will work closely with and support senior client stakeholders.You will also have exposure toleading procurementtechnology; includingRobotic Process Automation,Artificial Intelligenceand Advanced Data Analytics.

As aSenior Consultant, you’llbe focused on delivering for our clients as well as supporting our wider team through internalinitiatives.

- Lead a workstream within a projectwhere you will becompleting analysis, engaging with clientsand takingresponsibility for deliverables
- Be adept at problem-solving with clients and project teams, leveraging your skillsto deliver high-quality work
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships and be a trustedadvisor to clients, working with procurement and wider business stakeholders
- Work with colleagues across different parts of EYgloballyin order todeliver the best possible outcomes
Develop our peopleand business
- Help develop and deliver our internal procurement training programme so that we build the capabilities of our team
- Help shape our leading procurement practices and methodology supporting internal research and analysis
- Contribute to the development of proposals to showcase some of our leading practices
Your experience
Typically,Senior Consultantsbring practical experience from either aconsultingor industry background where you have developed your technicalprocurementexpertise.Whilst consulting experience is not essential, you will havehad some experience indeliveringbusiness change for your organisation.
As a minimum you should have:
- Experience within procurement
- Ability to writeto a high standard
- Track record ofoperating in afast-pacedenvironment
- Strong analytical skills,with evidence of being able todraw out insightsfrom a range of different data sources
- Abilityto successfully work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of organisation
- Experienceworking withdiverse teams of people

Qualifications
Many of ourSenior Consultantshave(or are working towards)professional body membership or qualifications e.g. Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), or International Association of Commercial & Contract Management (IACCM) or equivalent, but if you feel that you have skills which you believe would be additive to our team, please apply.
