This is a fixed term contract for 18 months.
The full-time role is based at Leicester Support Centre with hybrid ways of working.
Future Fit is our key business transformation programme that will improve ways of working for colleagues by standardising and future proofing our end-to-end processes, data and systems. It is a huge and exciting business transformation.
This role drives the people-side of change in our transformation to ensure that new ways of working are fully adopted, colleague experience is improved and business benefits are realised.
The focus of the role is on driving behavioural change, reducing resistance and championing adoption of new processes, data and systems.
What you'll be doing
- Working with our System Integrator (SI) Partner and Dunelm colleagues this role is accountable for:-
- Defining and executing the end-to-end change management of the programme, including the strategy and plan for communications and adoption
- Defining and executing training and enablement plans
- Ensuring organisation and change management risks/mitigation plans are in place and managed.
- Stakeholder engagement - identify, engage, and coach leaders where necessary, to actively sponsor the change, and lead their teams through the change
- Target Operating Model - support to define and manage changes to operating model and role accountabilities e.g. post fit to standard workshops
- Metrics and Measurement - define metrics and actions which track business engagement and readiness, proficiency and adoption linked to business case and benefits realisation.
- Change Champion Network - create and maintain a change network to deliver end user training, champion the benefits and drive adoption.
- Change capability - develop change capability within the business through sharing of best practises, tools, techniques and coaching as necessary.
- Interdependencies - work with colleagues to define and manage project and workstream interdependencies.
- User Role mapping - work with the business to define future role mapping and access based on revised operating model.

Key skills: - Able to work at pace, with a pragmatism that focuses on solutions that align to Dunelm’s internal culture and the external environment.
- Able to identify and develop mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven Coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to operate at all levels and align diverse groups and perspectives
- Project management experience including planning, developing and executing a workstream plan and managing resources and interdependencies so that they can be integrated into broader technical delivery and plans.
