Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in telecommunications at carrier working with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer 2/3 routers, and data services.
- 6 years of experience managing and building teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in demonstrating capabilities to influence across a broad, cross-functional organization.
- Experience working in a organizational settings (eg., ambiguity, shared accountability, geographic dispersion, etc.).
- Knowledge in data networking architectures and physical network components.
- Knowledge of networking, data center or telecom operations.
- Ability to do multiple projects simultaneously and to learn new business and technical skills to adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead the management of EMEA WAN Infrastructure delivery team for pre-deployment engineering and delivery of optical transport systems across the EMEA and global backbone network.
- Hire, coach and develop the team.
- Set team level direction, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), expectations and responsibilities, providing guidance and feedback on individual team member's execution.
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross functional partners to improve on time delivery and cycle time reduction.
- Support career development aid in personal growth of a team.
