TMW are a leading integrated creative agency, based across two locations, London and Bristol. TMW has been around for over 30 years with a strong heritage in building long-term relationships with our clients. TMWB are the B2B arm who work with a number of B2B clients.
We create Ideas That Move People, which engage emotionally and drive action. In the B2B world we activate this via our belief that behind every business challenge, there’s a human challenge. We deliver disruptive creativity across end-to-end campaigns in ATL, social, digital, CRM, experiential and local activations to drive impactful behaviour change. This is informed by a deeper understanding of human decision making and behaviour through our unrivalled access to insight and testing from our Human Understanding Lab, which is a team of expert neuroscientists and behavioural scientists. While we're still independently minded, we're also part of the Accenture Song family, which provides us with access to the world's largest tech-powered creative group.
This is a chance to join a unique agency culture where the passion for people is as strong as the work. We invest in training and support for all our Planners including regular Strategy Away Days where our wider strategy community from across our locations gets together to tackle a new opportunity or challenge facing our work and our clients. TMWB planners are part of the overall TMW planning community and so get the opportunity to learn, share ideas and thinking and generally cross pollinate across the wider team.
There's also a huge range of cultural clubs and social opportunities within the agency: from Softball to Theatre Club and from the occasional Tough Mudder to our annual cycling tour from London to Bristol.
We operate a fully hybrid model, with all employees able to choose where they work. Whilst also acknowledging there are times when face to face collaboration is preferred.
What we value ...
Together, we put people first and believe our values make us who we are.
Give a Damn: We care about each other, our clients and our work. And this shines through everything we do.
Be Brave: We believe in challenging each other, in standing up, in speaking out. We believe in trying new and difficult things in order to make ourselves and our work better.
Stay Curious: We actively seek out the new and the unusual, finding inspiration everywhere in the world around us.
Take Pride: We are open, accepting and inclusive, and we support each other on our journey to reach our true potential. We are actively working to ensure that we as an agency more fully reflect the society around us.
