PRIMARY LOCATION: Newcastle upon Tyne (flexibility and remote working options)
Role Overview:
The EMEA Sourcing Team Lead is responsible for leading a team across Europe to deliver full front-end sourcing which supports EMEA Recruitment’s fulfillment of talent across all Accenture service lines.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sourcing strategies that align with current and future business needs, partnering closely with Recruitment Leadership across service lines
- Lead and coach sourcing teams to consistently meet KPIs and SLAs, promoting high performance and foreseeing and promptly addressing challenges
- Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to support continuous improvement, innovation, and proactive decision-making (including supporting RFPs)
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships (up to MD level), influencing recruitment strategies and driving proactive talent pipelining
- Oversee workforce planning and cross-skilling, collaborating with delivery leads to ensure resource flexibility and meet demand fluctuations
- Act as a sourcing subject matter expert, driving growth opportunities, championing sourcing initiatives, and supporting automation and process optimisation
- Help shape and deliver a world class candidate experience
- Ensure strong governance and cost-efficiency, with expertise in systems and processes
QualificationRole Requirements:
- Strong people developer and leader, demonstrable experience in autonomously leading high performing teams
- An effective, confident and influential communicator who is able to lead and influence conversations with senior stakeholders and is capable of data-led storytelling
- Experience of sourcing both high volume campaigns and niche, targeted recruitment efforts utilising a range of sourcing strategies
- Demonstrable ATS, CRM and visual analytics reporting experience with strong PPT and Excel skills
- Collaborative team player - promoting inclusion, seeking continuous improvement through day-to-day work and leading by example
- Able to confidently navigate and operate as a high performer within ambiguity
- Experience managing remote teams from different cultural backgrounds
