Qualification- Demonstrated leadership experience in both advisory and delivery roles across all solution domains, including business, data, application, and technology
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with working with modern architectural practices, such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), API-First Design, and Cloud-Native Architectures
- Passion about technology and people, experienced in fostering collaborative and empowered high performing teams
- The ability to effectively communicate emerging trends in technology and modern engineering practices related to applications, data, and artificial intelligence
- Strong executive presence who can influence and engage stakeholders and teams effectively
- Comprehensive end-to-end experience with enterprise-level agility, focusing on digital product development and delivery
