Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- 3 years of experience with site coding using HTML and CSS, Scripting languages like Python or JavaScript and SQL.
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers or experience in software implementations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with CMS (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Magento, etc.).
- Experience in website maintenance.
- Experience working with API setup and architecture.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, measurement platforms, or similar tools and tags.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent data-driven problem solving, relationship building, and communication skills.
About the job
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

Responsibilities
- Discover customer measurement readiness needs by understanding clients business plans, issues/goals, and business direction.
- Analyze existing third-party partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner.
- Assess and prepare clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and track performance against key indicators.
- Be the Measurement Products Expert POC to internal Sales teams and external advertiser teams/partners.
- Manage delivery of readiness activities in partnership with internal and external teams.
