You will be responsible for sourcing a wide range of technologies, including enterprise applications, infrastructure software, SaaS platforms, IT hardware, and advanced compute assets such as GPUs, CPUs, storage systems, and networking components. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including engineering, IT, cybersecurity, legal, and finance—to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with business goals, budgets, and performance expectations.

Develop and execute commercial category strategies that align with technical and business goals.
Conduct RFx events, negotiate complex agreements, and perform total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
Manage software licensing agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance (e.g., SaaS, perpetual, subscription models).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, driving both commercial value and operational performance.
Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, licensing rights, service-level agreements (SLAs), and risk mitigation clauses.
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies in enterprise IT and HPC to proactively inform sourcing strategies.
Support technology budgeting and financial planning for both CAPEX and OPEX.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
Deep understanding of software licensing models and HPC hardware procurement.
Proven track record in negotiating complex IT and hardware contracts.
Strong financial acumen and ability to conduct TCO and cost-benefit analyses.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to risk mitigation and detail orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in energy, technology, or semiconductor sectors.
Familiarity with open-source licensing models and software governance.
Hands-on experience sourcing or managing HPC infrastructure.
Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, CSCP).
