Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience at a Business Director, Client Partner, or Strategy Director level or above within a creative agency environment or a tech platform.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with major brands and in brand marketing and creative strategy.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including formats and strategies across the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on creative execution and impact.
- Knowledge of YouTube, Video, TV, and Display, and an understanding of competitive pitching and objection handling, with a focus on showcasing creative differentiation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with your team while fostering a culture of creative excellence and results.
- Passion for leveraging AI, Google products, and creative innovation to achieve sales goals and accelerate business generation.

As a Creative Business Lead in Creative Works UKI, you will be on the Accelerators team within the Partners and Specialists organization. Your primary focus will be driving business growth for Google platforms by delivering innovative creative marketing solutions/services to key strategic clients.
You will be part of a unique group of Creative Sales Specialists who will work alongside Google LCS teams to unlock the transformative potential of Google’s products and cutting-edge AI, enabling clients to solve their most pressing brand and business challenges. Leveraging Google's extensive portfolio, you'll craft and implement creative solutions that deepen customer engagement, accelerate business outcomes, and drive AI product adoption at scale.

Responsibilities
- Drive strategic creative engagements with key clients and agencies, utilizing Google technology to accelerate investment and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., analytics, measurement, sponsorships, planning) to deliver integrated, multi-product solutions tailored to client needs.
- Present compelling, data-backed pitches to key stakeholders, demonstrating direct impact on their business growth and strategic marketing goals.
- Develop and/or contribute to sector-specific business plans, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment.
- Codify creative best practices and develop scalable business materials, empowering LCS teams through training and coaching to advocate Google's creative solutions.
