Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholder.
- 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with OKR frameworks and performance management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate executive stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights for Trust and Safety.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an environment.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This includes providing regular updates to trust and safety Leadership.
- Partner with our analytics function to develop and refine Key performance indicators (KPIs) in Trust and Safety's mission.
- Implement and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework that aligns with Trust and Safety's priorities and contributes to Global Affairs' mission.
- Facilitate the OKR process, ensuring objectives, results, and ongoing accountability across Trust and Safety teams.
- Serve as Trust and Safety primary point of contact for all resourcing needs. This includes serving as the go-to with Cross-functional partners (ie: Finance, People Operations and Global Affairs Resource Management).
