About the Role:We are looking for a versatile and experienced
Murex All-Rounder to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Murex platform across functional and technical domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various areas, including Front Office, Back Office, Risk, and Integration, combined with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Platform Expertise:
- Provide end-to-end support and enhancements for the Murex platform across Front Office, Back Office, and Risk modules.
- Ensure smooth operation and integration of Murex with upstream and downstream systems.
- Optimize system performance, monitor logs, and manage configurations across all areas of Murex.
- Business Analysis:
- Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders across trading, operations, and risk management.
- Translate requirements into actionable specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Design and implement workflows to streamline processes across various functions.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Configure and customize the Murex platform to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and support MxML workflows, data mapping, and interfaces for seamless integration.
- Build and test pricing models, risk simulations, and reports to support trading and risk management.
- Testing and Deployment:
- Create and execute test plans, including unit, regression, and integration testing.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of changes into production.
- Document testing outcomes and resolve any identified issues promptly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the bridge between business teams (trading, risk, operations) and technical teams (development, infrastructure).
- Provide guidance, training, and technical expertise to end-users and junior team members.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:- Murex Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience across multiple Murex modules (e.g., Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Market Data, and Integration).
- Proficiency in MxML, Datamart reporting is preferrable.
- In-depth knowledge of trade life cycle management and financial instruments, including FX, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting (e.g., Shell, Python).
- Experience with integration technologies, API development, and troubleshooting performance issues.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and risk management principles.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
