You will drive industry innovation by delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions. Specifically, we are looking for people with either Test Lead, Cutover or PMO skills. As a Test Lead, you would be responsible for leading the testing efforts (unit, integration, performance and user) for SAP implementations and upgrades to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
In a Cutover role, you would plan, manage, and execute the cutover activities for SAP implementations to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP solutions.
As PMO, you will be responsible for definition of project management and governance processes for the SAP implementation. While supporting the project management team on executing planning, financial, RAID, quality, resourcing and reporting processes.
In either role you will work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure the quality, reliability and smooth implementation of SAP solutions.

QualificationsWe are looking for experience in the following skills:- 3+ years’ experience in SAP cutover planning and, testing and quality assurance or project management / PMO roles in SAP projects.
- Deep understanding of SAP, and the capability to handle non-SAP components when required.
- Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, including timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate and lead cutover activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Develop and manage project management and governance processes for a large scale SAP implementation.
- Previous experience of working with Global teams with various stakeholders and multiple delivery partners.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to think analytically.
Set yourself apart:- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration points.
- Proficiency in test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.
- Experience in defining the detailed cutover plan for a large scale SAP implementation, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cut-over.
- Experience in implementing project management tooling and reporting, including Power BI.
- Proactive in identifying process and technology improvement areas and proposing suitable alternatives.
- Expertise in revenue management, handling actual and forecasted revenues, and maintaining Cost-to-Charge Ratio (CCI%) for engagements.
- S4/HANA experience is highly desirable.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- SAP certification(s) is a plus.
