•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
•Proven experience in change management, governance, and project delivery within largescale infrastructure projects, ideally in the energy sector.
•Strong knowledge of electricity transmission or similar industries, with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
•Extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading crossfunctional teams.
•Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
•Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive evidence based decision making.
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
•Ability to travel to project sites as required.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
•Detail oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high quality work.
•Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
•Proactive and innovative, with a continuous improvement mindset.
