Methodical and process driven, you are good at gathering data and information to accurately assess an issue or event. You know yourself well, and the level of decision you are comfortable making. When you do arrive at a contractual decision you can back your own judgement, confident that you have completed all the necessary steps.
You’re an effective communicator who’s unafraid to ask for help. You know that you’re not yet an expert and, when appropriate, are happy to check with more senior members of your team before acting.
You have the flexibility to sometimes travel to remote UK locations.
