As a Workday Extend Architect:- Architect, design, develop, and implement new and existing Workday Extend use cases for both Workday HCM & Financials.
- Lead teams of Workday technical resources in the development of new and existing Workday Extend applications.
- Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information
- Identify, assess,and solvecomplex business problemsfor integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of HR &Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Collaborate with client and 3rdparties to develop technical solutions that support business processes
- Closelyfollow the strategic directionsetbyclientleadershipwhenestablishing Workday project goals
- Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives (including design and build activities)
- Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
- Hassome latitudein decision-making - acts independently to determine methods andproceduresonnewassignments
QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following skills:- Hands-on Workday Extend experience & Full lifecycle Workday Implementation
- Strong experience in leading global teams on Workday implementations
- Experience in Workday integration technologies such as Orchestrate and Workday Studio
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment and showing effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
- Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
