About the job
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support Google’s consumer global NPI/launch order management operations, including but not limited to the delivery performance across our retail partners, internal stakeholder teams, and across all channels.
- Drive performance metrics, scorecards, and regular business reviews with third-party vendors and across internal stakeholder groups to ensure key performance metrics are achieved (e.g., on time delivery, cost performance, customer experience goals, launch execution timelines).
- Lead continuous improvement programs with cross-functional partners to ensure we are building delivery and customer experience for third party partners, ecommerce customers, and internal orders customers.
- Build visibility channels for keeping the central team global teams and stakeholders well and timely informed of activities in the region.
- Own data quality and reporting capabilities across the order management function.
