Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 9 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a related generalist role
- 2 years of experience in utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) analytics to identify trends and present insights to the leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a subject-matter-expert in UK and US employment law, including experience resolving complex litigation cases independently.
- 4 years of experience in a technology or Research and Development (R&D) organization.
- 3 years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing teams in a global environment.
- Experience leading the HR process redesigns or operational improvement projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the People Experience and Delivery (PXD) Partner team, managing prioritization, performance, and onsite operations to ensure strategic delivery.
- Ensure managers and leads receive expert consultation while overseeing strategies and operating models that enhance the employee life-cycle.
- Drive a data-informed culture by using analytics to identify trends, streamline processes, and implement AI-driven automation for greater efficiency.
- Cultivate influential relationships across the Unit and Google to align people initiatives and advocate organizational change through stakeholder management.
- Analyze workforce metrics (like performance) to deliver interventions that improve manager and lead effectiveness and overall organizational health.
