Job Description Job Description Job Summary:The Salesforce Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions across the organization, aligning business processes with the technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that Salesforce initiatives meet complex business requirements and are scalable and sustainable.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Design and Implementation- Design holistic Salesforce architecture that integrates with other enterprise platforms and aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Develop high-level system integrations, design patterns, and best practices for Salesforce usage across different business units.
- Lead technical design sessions and architecting workshops.
Strategic Planning:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain a Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and ROI.
Governance and Best Practices:- Establish and enforce Salesforce architecture principles and frameworks to ensure consistent and reliable environments.
- Lead the governance committee that oversees Salesforce deployments, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
Mentoring and Leadership:- Lead and mentor a team of developers and architects.
- Provide guidance and expertise on advanced technical issues and best practices.
Performance Optimization:- Monitor system performance and user adoption rates; recommend improvements to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions through careful design and oversight.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Promote and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualification Job Qualifications - Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role in complex enterprise environments.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architectural principles, enterprise architectures, data modeling, and business processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, ideally practice building and sales experience
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect) are highly preferred.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are desirable.
Experience:- Minimum of 12 years in IT and business systems, with at least 8 years focused on Salesforce ecosystems.
