As a Manager in CFO&EV, you will play a key role in leading workstreams, shaping finance process design and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, while contributing to the growth and capability of the practice
As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:- Leading finance workstreams within SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programmes
- Owning end-to-end intercompany accounting design, including, cross-company postings, intercompany AR / AP, intercompany invoicing, clearing,nettingand settlement
- Driving intercompany close and reconciliation, ensuring scalable processes, robustcontrolsandtimelyresolution of mismatches
- Acting as the finance design authority for intercompany processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise structure,reportingand CFO priorities
- Translating transfer pricing requirements into practical finance processes and SAP-enabled solutions
- Facilitating design and decision workshops with finance,taxand treasury stakeholders
- Managing dependencies between intercompany processes and adjacent areas such asRecord to Report,Supply Chain Finance,Groupreportingand consolidation
- Working closely with SAP delivery teams whileretainingownership of finance outcomes and business requirements
- Supporting programme leadership through structured issue management, decisionpapersand progress reporting
- Contributing to CFO&EV practice development, including, shaping intercompany and transfer pricing transformation approaches, supporting proposals and bids,developing reusable assets and points of view
QualificationWe are looking for the following skills and experience:- Strong experience delivering intercompany finance transformations within S/4HANA programmes
- Deep understanding of intercompany accounting processes, includingmatching and reconciliation, clearing and netting, period-endcloseand eliminations
- Solid understanding of how enterprise structure (company codes, controlling areas, profit centres)impactsintercompany design and reporting
- Experience with or strong awareness of SAP intercompany capabilities, includingSAP ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation),RRICB / advanced intercompany billing concepts
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing mechanisms and operating models, including the journey from policy through to finance process and SAP enablement
- Ability to translate transfer pricing requirements intointercompany pricing logic, margin and markup models,operational finance processes
- Experience leading intercompany workstreams throughfit-to-standard discussions, finance process design,testingand deployment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate finance,taxand treasury perspectives
- Ability to manage functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi-workstream SAP transformation environments

- Exposure to PAPM concepts or tools (desirable but not essential)
- Confidence leading senior client discussions andfacilitatingcomplex design decisions
- Experience contributing to business development, including proposalsupportor shaping client opportunities
- Interest in building deepexpertisein intercompany finance within CFO&EV, while developing broader finance transformation capability
- A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for developing team members and strengthening practice capability
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent industry experience
