Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing or launching software products.
- 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role with leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 4 years of experience with Android/iOS application development.
- 3 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience in developing user-facing products.

- Own the development and strategy for essential client-side features, including the search entry points, user engagement systems, and sharing and infrastructure.
- Advocate a quality, polished user experience by evolving implementation strategies on the existing architectures. You will collaborate with specialized feature teams across Search and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to ensure a quality experience.
- Manage core user journeys, including AI-integrated search modes and the primary search results interface.
- Define and guide the feature architecture goals for the internal infrastructure and platform teams.
- Collaborate in the strategy for architecture, performance, and distribution.
