Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management, program operations, and program design.
Experience with data analysis in the pursuit of software quality and performance.
- Experience in AI quality assurance/AI quality control.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing large-scale and dynamic programs that involve hundreds of vendor managed resources.
- Experience with project management and ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, and navigate through ambiguity, and work separately.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and having excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Led global execution teams of 500–2,000 (in-house and extended workforce), managing the full project lifecycle from concept to launch while overseeing budgeting, headcount, and resource prioritization.
- Leverage Google products and tools to scale human-computation micro-tasks and imagery curation, driving operational efficiencies through machine learning-based automation.
- Partner with engineering and product management to resolve complex technical bottlenecks and align globally dispersed teams on critical program goals and site-related differences.
- Deliver advanced analysis to uncover improvement opportunities, implementing scalable quality frameworks and methodologies that directly enhance AI model performance.
- Guide high-stakes pilots and program evolutions in fast-paced environments, ensuring successful delivery against critical launch dates through flexible thought partnership.
