· A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project/Construction Management, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in Project Controls/Scheduling; or 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Controls/Scheduling.
· Proficiency in using Primavera P6 for creating project schedules, verifying contractor claim analysis, and tracking progress using a predefined work breakdown structure to enhance the performance of a portfolio of projects.
· Extensive experience and expert knowledge in schedule development and analysis, including milestone management, critical path analysis, float and time risk allowance, and earned value methodologies.
· A strong personal initiative, integrity, and the ability to effectively interact with company personnel, contractors, and regulatory representatives.
· Familiarity with project controls techniques, common scheduling challenges and strategies for resolution is essential.
· Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· The ability to support and communicate and effectively develop working relationships with staff at all levels.
· A valid driver’s license is required, with a safe driving history that complies with National Grid’s Safe Driver policy.
· Ability to work in a hybrid schedule as per company requirements.
